1. What SpreadDesk is

SpreadDesk is software and educational content for service arbitrage: an Opportunity Radar, pricing calculators, niche search, templates, contracts, a marketplace for introductions, a local trades finder and an AI assistant (ARIA).

SpreadDesk is not an employment agency, a staffing company, a law firm, an accountant or a financial adviser. Templates, contracts and guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Have a professional review anything you rely on.

2. No guaranteed income

We do not promise clients, sales, income or results. Prices, margins and "spreads" shown anywhere on SpreadDesk are illustrative examples based on public pricing, not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market and decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SpreadDesk.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at the email below if you think your account has been used without permission.

Paid access is linked to the email address you used at checkout. Create or sign in to your SpreadDesk account with that same email to unlock your plan.

4. Memberships, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars: Scout $29/month, Operator $79/month and Desk Pro $199/month, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

Your membership renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges, from the billing portal on your Account page or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

We may change prices or plan features. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SpreadDesk to break any law or the rules of another platform. In particular, follow the terms of Fiverr, Upwork and any other marketplace you use. Do not move relationships that started on those platforms off-platform to avoid their fees.

Do not send spam. Follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, and follow the rules of the channels you use for outreach.

Do not misrepresent who you are or who will do the work, scrape or copy SpreadDesk content in bulk, resell or share paid content or your login, try to get around access controls, or interfere with the site or other users.

Licensed work, such as on-site construction and trade jobs, may require a contractor license, insurance and permits where you operate. You are responsible for meeting those requirements.

6. Marketplace, local listings and third parties

Buyer requests, specialist profiles, local business listings and links to Fiverr, Upwork, Google Maps, Yelp and other sites come from users or third parties. We do not vet, employ, endorse or guarantee them. Check licenses, insurance, reviews and terms before you hire or work with anyone.

Any agreement you make with a client, specialist or business is between you and them. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their work, payment or conduct.

Some links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

7. AI assistant

ARIA and the site chat use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information before you act on it, and do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into the chat.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as job posts, specialist profiles and messages. You give us permission to store, display and use it to run SpreadDesk, for example to show your listing and arrange introductions you ask for.

Only submit content you have the right to share, and that is accurate and lawful.

9. Our content

SpreadDesk, its software, design, text, data and templates belong to us or our licensors. With an active membership you may use templates and contracts for your own business and clients. You may not resell, republish or redistribute SpreadDesk content as your own product.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the service or creates risk for other users or for us. Where we can, we will tell you why. You may stop using SpreadDesk and cancel at any time.

11. Disclaimers

SpreadDesk is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of market data and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, clients or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to SpreadDesk is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use SpreadDesk after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
