What changed in your payouts
Every program is checked against its own history: effective commission rate, conversion, order value, reversals and earnings per click. Changes that programs don't announce show up here. Your reports stay in this browser.
Why your commission moved
Splits the change in net commission into what you control (traffic) and what the program controls (conversion, order value, rate, reversals). The effects add up exactly to the total change.
Every program, month by month
Open a program to see its full history, set the rate you agreed with it, or rename it. Programs with the same name and currency are merged, so one brand can be joined across networks.
Add your network reports
Drop CSV, TSV or Excel exports from any network: Amazon, Impact, CJ, Awin, ShareASale, PartnerStack, TikTok Shop, Hotmart or a direct program. Transaction-level or daily reports both work. Columns are recognized automatically and you confirm them before anything is saved. Files are read here and never uploaded.

What makes detection work
Commission plus sale amounts lets the Sentinel measure your effective rate, which is how silent rate cuts show up.
Orders and clicks add conversion and order-value checks. Many networks put clicks in a separate traffic report; import it too and it joins the same program and month.
Re-importing a month replaces that month's figures from the same kind of report, so monthly re-exports never double-count.
One file is enough to start. Export the last three to six months as one date range with daily or transaction-level rows. The Sentinel builds the monthly history from it and checks each program week by week straight away, so a rate cut that started mid-month is caught without waiting for more months.
Monthly totals only? Then a program needs two earlier months before it's checked. Your agreed-rate check works from the first month.
Clicks missing? Rate, payout and reversal checks don't need clicks. To add conversion checks, import the network's clicks or traffic report, or type monthly clicks into the program's page.

Thresholds and your data

How detection works
Each ratio is compared with the program's own history. If a ratio shifted and stayed shifted, the baseline is the period before the shift, so a cut from three months ago still shows as a cut instead of becoming the new normal.
Conversion drops are tested for statistical significance (one-sided two-proportion test), so small programs don't raise false alarms. Rate alerts need at least the order count you set for medium confidence.
Impact figures are this month's estimated shortfall against the baseline, in the program's currency.
